767.10 Grand jury; affirmation in lieu of oath. Sec. 10. Any person returned as a grand juror shall be allowed to make affirmation, substituting the word 'affirm' instead of the word 'swear'; and also the words, 'this you do under the pains and penalties of perjury', instead of the words 'so help you God'.
