773.22 Violation of chapter; misdemeanor, penalty. Sec. 22. Any persons who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed 100 dollars or to be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days or both.
