89.4 Repealed ordinances; re-enactment. Sec. 4. No repealed ordinance shall be revived unless the whole, or so much as is intended to be revived, shall be re-enacted. When any section or part of a section of an ordinance is amended, the whole section, as amended shall be re-enacted. History: 1895, Act 215, Eff.
