90.9 Process; direction and execution. Sec. 9. Process issued in a prosecution or proceeding for the violation of an ordinance of the city shall be directed to the city marshal or to a constable of the city or county, and may be executed in any part of the state by these officers or another officer authorized by law to serve process issued by the district court.
