101.16 Public sewers; repair; cost, payment. Sec. 16. The expenses of repairing public sewers, ditches and water-courses may be paid from the general sewer fund. The expenses of reconstructing public sewers shall be defrayed in the manner herein prescribed for paying the expenses of the construction thereof. History: 1895, Act 215, Eff.
