109.9 Prohibited structure; nuisance, abatement. Sec. 9. Every building or structure which may be erected, placed, enlarged, repaired or kept, in violation of any ordinance or regulation made for the prevention of fires, is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and may be abated or removed by the direction of the council.
