105.11 Probate court; amendments allowed. Sec. 11. Amendments either in form or substance may be allowed in any paper, petition, process, record or proceeding, or in the description of property proposed to be taken, or the name of any person, whether contained in a resolution passed by the council or otherwise, whenever the amendments will not interfere with the substantial rights of the parties.
