113.7 Reincorporation under act; first election of officers, procedure. Sec. 7. The first election of officers for any such city reincorporated under the provisions of this act shall be held on the first Monday in April, in the year of our Lord, 1896, and notice thereof and of the officers to be elected thereat shall be given and the election held and conducted, the votes canvassed, the result determined and notice given to persons elected in the same manner and within the same time as herein provided.
