12B.50 FUNDING FROM OTHER SOURCES; REPAYMENT REQUIRED. If an applicant subsequently recovers eligible costs from another source after receiving payment under this chapter, the applicant must pay the commissioner an amount equal to the corresponding state funds received within 30 days.
