103B.601 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to sections 103B.601 to 103B.645. Subd. 2. Board. 'Board' means the governing board of the directors of the district. Subd. 3. District. 'District' means the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District. Subd. 4. Municipality. 'Municipality' means the home rule charter or statutory city of Minnetrista, Mound, Spring Park, Orono, Minnetonka Beach, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Woodland, Deephaven, Shorewood, Greenwood, Excelsior, Tonka Bay, or Victoria.
