103B.651 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to sections 103B.655 to 103B.691. Subd. 2. Board. 'Board' means the governing board of the district. Subd. 3. District. 'District' means the White Bear Lake Conservation District. Subd. 4. Municipality.
