103D.505 REFERENCE TO OTHER DRAINAGE LAWS. If this chapter refers to particular sections of the drainage laws of this state, the sections and provisions shall, if consistent with this chapter, be treated and construed as having the same effect, so far as the provisions of this chapter are concerned, as though set forth in this chapter.
