103E.115 HYDROLOGICAL AND DRAINAGE INFORMATION. (a) The director may prepare and publish: (1) runoff data; (2) information about the capacity of drain tile and ditches; (3) specifications for drain tile, ditches, and ditch construction; and (4) standard procedural forms for public ditch proceedings.
