103E.621 SATISFYING LIENS. When a drainage lien with the accumulated interest is fully paid, the auditor shall issue a certificate of payment with the auditor's official seal and record the certificate with the county recorder. The recorded certificate releases and discharges the drainage lien. The auditor may collect 25 cents for each description in the certificate. The auditor's fee and the fee of the county recorder must be paid from the account for the drainage system. History: 1990 c 391 art 5 s 81
