103F.415 EXCESSIVE SOIL LOSS PROHIBITED. Subdivision 1. Prohibited activities. A person may not cause, conduct, contract for, or authorize an activity that causes excessive soil loss. Subd. 2. Agricultural land. A land occupier of agricultural land is not violating subdivision 1 if the occupier is farming by methods that implement the best practicable conservation practices. Subd. 3.
