103I.241 ACTION FOR WELL CONTAMINATION. Subdivision 1. Owner's cause of action for well contamination. The owner of real property where a well is located has a cause of action for civil damages against a person whose action or inaction caused contamination of a well. The property owner may commence an action for a period of six years after the owner knows or becomes aware of the contamination of the well. Subd. 2. Court awards.
