110A.07 DIRECTORS; ELECTION. Directors may be elected either at large, or from election divisions. If the petition states that the directors shall be elected from election divisions, the petition shall describe the boundaries of the divisions, which may be drawn either with or without regard to the limits of any city or town included within the district boundaries.
