110A.34 FORECLOSURE. If any district created under sections 110A.01 to 110A.36 shall execute and deliver a mortgage or trust deed to secure the payment of any money borrowed by it for the purposes herein authorized, it may be provided in the mortgage or trust deed that it may be foreclosed upon default and a receiver may be appointed with the authority provided in the mortgage or trust deed.
