115A.19 PROCEDURE NOT EXCLUSIVE. Except as provided in Minnesota Statutes 1980, section 115A.21, subdivision 1, the procedure established by sections 115A.18 to 115A.30 for the permitting of hazardous waste stabilization and containment facilities shall not preclude the issuance of permits by the agency pursuant to section 116.07 for stabilization and containment facilities at sites not reviewed under sections 115A.18 to 115A.30.
