116.125 NOTIFICATION OF FEE INCREASES. Before the Pollution Control Agency adopts a fee increase to cover an unanticipated shortfall in revenues, the commissioner shall give written notice of the proposed increase to the chairs of the senate Committee on Finance, the house of representatives Committee on Ways and Means, the senate and house of representatives committees having jurisdiction over environment and natural resources, and the senate and house of representatives committees having jurisdiction over environment and natural resources finance.
