116C.774 AUTHORIZATION. To the extent that the Radioactive Waste Management Act, section 116C.72, requires legislative authorization of the operation of certain facilities, this section expressly authorizes the continued operation of the Monticello nuclear generating plant spent nuclear fuel pool storage facility and the Prairie Island nuclear generating plant spent nuclear fuel pool storage facility.
