116C.775 SHIPMENT PRIORITIES; NUCLEAR PLANTS. If a storage or disposal site becomes available outside of the state to accept high-level nuclear waste stored at Prairie Island or Monticello, the waste contained in dry casks shall be shipped to that site before the shipment of any waste from the spent nuclear fuel storage pool.
