116C.778 RERACKING. The spent fuel storage pool at Prairie Island may be reracked a third time. The reracking does not require legislative authorization but is subject to other applicable state review. The additional storage capacity added by the third reracking and utilized when added to the total storage capacity of dry cask storage utilized, cannot exceed the total capacity of 17 TN-40 casks.
