116C.832 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Terms defined in compact. The terms defined in article II of the Midwest Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact have the meanings given them for the purposes of sections 116C.833 to 116C.849. Subd. 2. [Repealed, 1996 c 428 s 14] Subd. 3. Agency. 'Agency' means the Pollution Control Agency. Subd. 4. MS 1990 [Renumbered subd 5] Subd. 4. Commissioner.
