116J.015 LEGISLATIVE REVIEW; EXPIRATION OF REPORT MANDATES. The commissioner shall submit to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over employment and economic development by February 15 of each year, beginning February 15, 2024, the following: (1) a list of all reports required from the commissioner of employment and economic development to the legislature that are mandated by statute and the enabling legislation does not include a date for the submission of a final report; (2) a discussion regarding the usefulness of continuation for each report; and (3) any additional information the commissioner considers appropriate regarding whether the reporting requirement should be set to expire by the legislature.
