117.39 PROCEEDINGS UNDER POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN. Proceedings to condemn lands needed for such change may be commenced and prosecuted by such corporation to final judgment under the statutes of this state in respect to the taking of property by power of eminent domain; and all of the general laws of this state in respect of condemnation of property shall apply thereto and govern and control such proceedings.
