123A.445 TRANSPORTATION. The joint powers board representing the districts that have entered into a joint powers agreement under section 123A.443, subdivision 2, or the boards of the districts that are contiguous to the districts that have entered into a joint powers agreement, may transport nonresident pupils without charge between a school within the district and a point within a district that has entered into a joint powers agreement chosen by the pupil on a route traveled by a bus from the district.
