123A.65 PHASE OUT OF DISSOLVED DISTRICT. The board of each district so dissolved shall continue to maintain schools until all its territory has been attached to a proper district not later than July 1. Such boards shall only make such contracts and do such things as are necessary to properly maintain schools for the period they may be in session prior to the attachment.
