123B.46 ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. Each year, a district or intermediary service area may claim and receive from the department an additional sum for the administration of sections 123B.42, 123B.44, and 123B.445, equal to five percent of the district's or area's allocation for that year pursuant to those sections.
