123B.56 HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT. 'Health, safety, and environmental management' means school district activities necessary for a district's compliance with state law and rules of the Departments of Health, Labor and Industry, Public Safety, and Pollution Control Agency as well as any related federal standards.
