123B.651 ENERGY USE REDUCTION AND REPORTING FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS. Beginning October 1, 2019, each public school or school district reporting on behalf of a public school must enter and maintain monthly utility consumption data into the Minnesota B3 benchmarking program for all buildings under its custodial control. Reporting by a third party, including automatic reporting by an electric or gas utility, may be used to meet this requirement.
