123B.68 APPROVAL; APPLICATION FORMS. Subdivision 1. Approval by commissioner. The commissioner of education may approve or disapprove applications under section 123B.69. The grant money must be used only to remove architectural barriers from a building or site. Subd. 2. Application forms. The commissioner shall prepare application forms and establish application dates. Subd. 3. Match. A district applying for a grant under this section must match the grant with local district funds.
