123B.747 NATIONAL FOREST LAND FUNDS, HANDLING AND DISPOSITION. A county board may place the money received by such county from the federal government for and on account of any national forest lands situated in the county into a special fund to be disbursed and paid over to any district maintaining and operating any school wholly or partly within an area constituting a part of any auxiliary or state forest. The board must adopt a resolution to take such action. The resolution must specify the terms and conditions under which the money shall be paid over and disbursed to any district.
