124D.44 MATCH REQUIREMENTS. ServeMinnesota Innovation grant funds must be used for the living allowance, cost of employer taxes under sections 3111 and 3301 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, workers' compensation coverage, health benefits, training and evaluation for each program participant, and administrative expenses, which must not exceed seven percent of total program costs. Applicant resources, from sources and in a form determined by the commission, must be used to provide for all other program costs.
