125A.46 DUE PROCESS HEARINGS. The procedures for due process hearings and appeals must be the same as those in section 125A.091. The responsibility for payment of costs and conducting due process hearings and appeals shall be allocated to the appropriate agency in accordance with sections 125A.30, 125A.39, and 125A.42.
