125A.73 DUTIES OF STATE DEPARTMENTS. Subdivision 1. Department of Education. The Department of Education must assist the board of the Minnesota State Academies in preparing reports on the academies. Subd. 2. Department of Management and Budget. The Department of Management and Budget, in cooperation with the board of the Minnesota State Academies, must develop a statement of necessary qualifications and skills for all staff members of the academies.
