129C.20 MATERIALS, TRAINING, AND ASSISTANCE. The Perpich Center for Arts Education, in cooperation with the Minnesota Alliance for Arts in Education and the Minnesota State Arts Board must provide materials, training, and assistance to the arts education committees in the school districts. The center may contract with the Minnesota Alliance for Arts in Education for its involvement in providing services, including staff assistance, to the program.
