13.52 DEFERRED ASSESSMENT DATA. Any data, collected by political subdivisions pursuant to section 435.193, which indicate the amount or location of cash or other valuables kept in the homes of applicants for deferred assessment, are private data pursuant to section 13.02, subdivision 12.
