13.631 RETIREMENT DATA CODED ELSEWHERE. Subdivision 1. Scope. The section referred to in subdivision 2 is codified outside this chapter. That section governs the disclosure of retirement data. Subd. 2. Retirement systems, generally; marriage dissolution; access to data. Access to and disclosure of retirement data, in the event of marriage dissolution, is governed by section 356.49.
