13.6705 EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DATA CODED ELSEWHERE. Subdivision 1. Scope. The sections referred to in subdivision 2 are codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify employee relations data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing. Subd. 2. Department of Management and Budget. (a) Personnel data. The commissioner of management and budget's access to personnel data is governed by section 43A.04. (b) Code of ethics; confidential data.
