135A.1365 ACCESS TO MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS. The Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities shall, and the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota is requested to, provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. The products must be available in restrooms used by students. For purposes of this section, 'menstrual products' means pads, tampons, or other similar products used in connection with the menstrual cycle. History: 2023 c 41 art 2 s 2
