136A.096 FINANCIAL AID GOALS. The legislature directs the commissioner of the Office of Higher Education, in coordination with the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals, to set an annual goal for the percentage of Minnesota's high school seniors completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
