136F.50 COOPERATION OR PROMOTION OF A STATE COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY. The board, system office, and the campuses may cooperate by contractual arrangement or otherwise with responsible persons, firms, corporations, associations, or governmental agencies to promote short courses, research, and other programs and activities in the state colleges and universities as in the judgment of the board, system office, or the campus contribute to the development of the state colleges and universities and the welfare of their students.
