137.375 DISABLED VETERANS; UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA LANDSCAPE ARBORETUM. (a) For purposes of this section, 'disabled veteran' means a veteran as defined in section 197.447 who is certified as disabled. 'Certified as disabled' means certified in writing by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or the state commissioner of veterans affairs as having a permanent service-connected disability. (b) The University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is requested to provide a disabled veteran unlimited access to the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum located in the city of Chaska free of charge. The disabled veteran must provide a veteran photo identification card with the term 'service-connected' on the identification card, verifying that the disabled veteran has a service-connected disability.
