137.44 HEALTH PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION BUDGET PLAN. The Board of Regents is requested to adopt a biennial budget plan for making expenditures from the funds dedicated for the instructional costs of health professional programs at publicly funded academic health centers and affiliated teaching institutions.
