138.705 CAPITOL BUILDING ELECTROLIER. The Minnesota Historical Society must light the Capitol building electrolier during regular business hours on any days during which the legislature is convened in a regular or special session, and during special events, when requested jointly by the chief clerk of the house of representatives and the secretary of the senate. The historical society must coordinate with the chief clerk of the house of representatives and the secretary of the senate for the purpose of keeping the electrolier lit when either body of the legislature is expected to meet outside of regular business hours.
