14.54 ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS ACCOUNT. A state Office of Administrative Hearings account is hereby created in the state treasury. All receipts from services rendered by the state Office of Administrative Hearings shall be deposited in the account, and all funds in the account shall be annually appropriated to the state Office of Administrative Hearings for carrying out the duties specified in sections 14.48 to 14.56.
