15.52 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Application. For the purposes of sections 15.51 to 15.57 the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section. Subd. 2. Sending agency. 'Sending agency' means any department, political subdivision or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under sections 15.51 to 15.57. Subd. 3. Receiving agency. 'Receiving agency' means any department, political subdivision or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government agency under sections 15.51 to 15.57.
