142D.125 AUTHORITY TO WAIVE REQUIREMENTS DURING DISASTER PERIODS.The commissioner of children, youth, and families may waive requirements under sections 142D.12 to 142D.123, for up to nine months after the disaster, for Head Start programs in areas where a federal disaster has been declared under United States Code, title 42, section 5121, et seq., or the governor has exercised authority under chapter 12.
