142F.102 SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.The commissioner of children, youth, and families shall implement simplified reporting as permitted under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, as amended, and the SNAP regulations in Code of Federal Regulations, title 7, part 273.
